We (Tom, Brendan, Emily and I) went to the traditional ANZAC Day rugby league test match between Australia and New Zealand. ANZAC Day is a memorial day for the soldiers lives lost in wars involving the two countries.

The game was very tough and physical as always with the two rivals! There was a great atmosphere at the stadium! Only one try was scored in the first half, which was the kangaroos. In the second half NZ continued to make too many mistakes and the Aussies were the better team and played smart and took advantage of the errors. The win was 30-6 for the home team. The Kiwis will have to bounce back next time.
